As we process your pre-order, please anticipate a minimum processing time of 2-5 business days based on the size you've selected. However, we're dedicated to getting your order out as swiftly as possible, with the minimum wait being 1-5 business days.

For our international customers, please bear in mind that delivery may take a bit longer, typically 5-10 business days based on the carrier service. While we aim for efficiency, we can't ensure delivery within this timeframe.

Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. It's crucial to meticulously enter your personal details to ensure accurate delivery. In case of an incorrect address, promptly reach out to rectify the issue.

While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, once the package is with the post office, the delivery process is out of our hands. Should any tracking issues arise, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
